Sprinkler Blowouts (Winterization) begin October 1st through November 15th, or until weather permitting. We stop providing Winterization services once we get ground freezing temperatures.

Our slots fill up quickly, so be sure to register early for Winterizing Services and schedule your Sprinkler Blowout.

Central Oregon's climate varies thru out the region, due to the different elevations. We schedule properties located at higher elevations to be serviced first for sprinkler blowouts services. Beginning in La Pine first and then work our way North towards Bend, and then on to Redmond. This allows us to take advantage of the temperature changes across the region. Since properties located at higher elevations tend to freeze earlier. This strategic approach allows us to maximize efficiency and service all our customers each season. To streamline the process, we group services by neighborhood.

We do NOT schedule appointments due to time restrictions; We schedule service routes according to the location of property, by grouping customers within the same area or neighborhood together on the same route and day. A Notice indicated when property is scheduled for service will be provided the night before.

What to Expect

Our expert technicians will arrive at your property with all the necessary equipment to perform a thorough blowout.

The Winterizing process includes:
​

1. Shutting off the Irrigation System's primary water valve (Main Shutoff Valve). 
2. Connecting industrial air compressor to the irrigation systems blowout port.
3. Calibrating the air compressor to the adequate air pressure needed to blowout irrigation System (40 - 50 psi).
4. Pressurizing irrigation System with compressed air to expel and flush out water within the irrigation mainline, and Sprinklers System.
5. Inspecting the Irrigation System for potential issues. 

 
Once the service is complete, we'll text you "services have been completed."

• $85 for the first 3 stations + $5 for each additional station​
• Lapine & Sunriver + $10 Travel Fee
• Irrigation Pumps & PVC bigger than 1" + $40 Service Fee
