We provide Sprinkler Blowouts and Winterization services October 1st through November 15th, or until weather permitting. We stop providing Winterization services until we get ground freezing temperatures.

Central Oregon's climate and elevation varies threw out the region. We winterize properties at higher elevation first because of the earlier climate changes. We first begin scheduling services in La Pine and then work our way north to Redmond. This allows us to take advantage of the elevation changes across the region. This strategic approach allows us to maximize efficiency and service more customers each season. To streamline the process, we group appointments within the same area or neighborhood.

We do NOT schedule appointments due to time restrictions; We schedule services by grouping neighborhoods and customers within the same area to be scheduled on specific day. Estimating Time frame the Irrigation Tech. is scheduled to arrive can vary.
What to Expect
Our expert technicians will arrive at your property with all the necessary equipment to perform a thorough blowout. This process includes:
  1. Shutting off the main water line.
  2. Pressurizing the Irrigation System with air to expel all remaining water.
  3. Inspect the Irrigation System for potential issues.

Once the service is complete, we'll leave a door hanger to notify you.

We offer competitive pricing for Sprinkler Blowouts and Winterizing Services, ensuring you receive excellent value for safeguarding your Irrigation System.

  • $85 for the first 3 stations + $5 for each additional station​
  • Lapine & Sunriver + $10 Travel Fee
  • Irrigation Pumps & PVC bigger than 1" + $40 Service Fee
